In the unlikely event of an emergency we will immediately call and notify you. If we need to take your pet to the vets we will take them to your named vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the nearest possible one. We also carry a first aid kit with us in case of emergencies.

We accept payments in the following methods: -Cash -Card payments -Bank transfer

The key to your home will be kept on a tag with the name of your dog on it, these will be kept in a locked key cupboard and all keys will be signed in and out. When out walking we always keep keys secured to our clothing and return them to the key cabinet at the end of the walk. Please be assured there will be no personal information to link the key to your home in the event the key is lost or stolen
